KUKU Cosmetics’ manufacturing plant is a modern, state-of-the-art facility located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Equipped with advanced machinery, skilled professionals, and a strong R&D department, we ensure the production of high-quality cosmetics that meet international standards.

- FDA approved R.C.C. production unit
- Adherence to the GMP/ ISO/ USFDA standards of manufacturing
- All manufacturing and filling areas maintained under class 1,00,000 (HEPA Filters) with vitrified tiles and all walls of production area are covered with glaze tiles, which ensures cleanliness and hygiene
- Separate man and material entry air locks for each manufacturing area as well as filling rooms

- Each zone has separate dehumidification unit and dust extraction systems
- Hi-tech laboratory setup for product innovation and testing
- CCTV camera setup throughout the factory for complete safety and security
- Respective zones, areas and even uniforms marked with specific colours to ensure total segregation
- Duo Pass Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system/ de-mineralization plant
- Zero-discharge Effluent Treatment Plant
- Fully computerized individual/ separate office administrative building with latest communication facilities along with server room
